Yasmin Elmawey is the PATY 2025 State Winner for New South Wales and a dispensary technician at Hammondville Discount Pharmacy. Yasmin has six years’ experience in pharmacy, starting as a junior and growing into the role of dispensary technician, a role she truly loves. Yasmin is passionate about community pharmacy being a positive, creative, and supportive space, and is always looking for ways to lead by example and uplift those around her. Whether it’s helping customers, mentoring team members, or designing fun displays, she brings energy, kindness, and purpose to everything she does. She believes in the power of growth and wants to be part of the change that makes the industry even better.
