Trent Playford is an experienced and community-driven pharmacist with nearly 20 years in the profession. He is the owner of Priceline Pharmacy Kincumber, where he leads a team committed to delivering innovative patient-focused healthcare. Trent’s pharmacy has been a pilot site for numerous pharmacy programs in recent years, demonstrating his commitment to the growth of community pharmacy services, from expanded scope of practice to new models of integrated care and wound care clinics. Trent is currently enrolled in the first cohort of expanded scope training with the University of Newcastle. As a proud Branch Committee member of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia, New South Wales and Chair of the Clinical subcommittee, Trent actively supports initiatives that strengthen the role of pharmacists in primary healthcare. He is passionate about mentoring the next generation of pharmacists and ensuring the long-term sustainability and relevance of the profession. In 2026, Trent was named the Priceline Pharmacy NSW Pharmacist of the Year.
