Simon Carroll is an experienced pharmacy business leader and consultant with over 15 years of ownership across multiple pharmacies before successfully selling his portfolio in 2008. Following this, he completed a Master’s in Business Marketing and transitioned into management consulting, working closely with community pharmacy owners and managers. Simon specialises in business management, professional services delivery, workflow design, staff training, and leadership coaching. His work focuses on helping pharmacies operate more efficiently while strengthening service delivery. Since 2020, through Health Information Australia (trading as Pharmacy Hive), Simon has led the development of a comprehensive online support platform for community pharmacies.
