Peter Andrews is a Professional Officer, Advisor & Inspector with the Pharmacy Council of NSW and a pharmacist (general registration) with management, administration, education, research, advisory, regulatory and policy development experience in not-for-profit, public, and private sectors. Peter is also a registered pharmacist examiner for the Pharmacy Board of Australia Oral Examination (Practice) in NSW. He has delivered primary healthcare in metropolitan and rural settings and built the capability of pharmacists through practice support and education. Peter has consolidated his practice within regulatory frameworks relating to accreditation and more recently, in the context of access to cannabis medicines from both regulatory and research perspectives. Most recently, he has advanced his practice at the Pharmacy Council of NSW (Council) in its primary role to protect the public.
