Nicole Hooley is the General Manager of Health Programs at AXE Health Services. With over 15 years of experience managing the Pharmacy Catalyst group, Nicole has a proven track record of developing and implementing retail and clinic programs and supporting pharmacy teams with the leadership and performance management skills to successfully implement these. Nicole is focused on supporting change and creating impactful retail and health programs, ensuring alignment with the care economy and expanded services and supporting teams to significantly improve service delivery and patient engagement and outcomes. She is also actively involved in the development of the Complete Care Pharmacy Group, an innovative new model for pharmacy that will fundamentally change the way pharmacists and nurse practitioners engage with patients.
