Nick Biggs is a pharmacist and the General Manager of Client Services at NostraData, where he leverages his 20 years of diverse experience in community, hospital, and industry pharmacy settings. A passionate advocate for community pharmacy, Nick is deeply committed to enhancing pharmaceutical care, services and pharmacists practicing to full scope. Under his leadership, Nick and the team at NostraData has been pivotal in delivering the Informacy portal to over 4,000 pharmacists to help individual pharmacy proprietors, groups, and the Pharmacy Guild identify the impact and advocate for change to support the industry he is so passionate about. They have also developed an industry first prescription loyalty platform – EchoRx – which helps pharmacists identify opportunities to better engage with customers to support prescription loyalty and better health outcomes.
