Marta Stybowski is a registered pharmacist and pharmacy design and workflow specialist with more than 25 years of experience in community pharmacy and consultancy. After working in a variety of community pharmacy roles across Tasmania, Victoria and Queensland, Marta moved into consulting, where she has spent the past 17 years focusing on pharmacy workflow and layout design, pharmacy systems implementation and training. Heading up independent pharmacy design and consultancy company Fusion Health Space, Marta and her team work with pharmacies across Australia to design spaces and systems that enhance the patient experience while strengthening business outcomes. Marta has presented at numerous industry and stakeholder events, contributed to professional publications, and was a casual sessional academic in the technology and business process improvement unit of Deakin University’s health-focused MBA program.
