Mario Barone has worked in community pharmacy from a very young age and is passionate about its role in the overall health network. Mario purchased his first pharmacy in 1998 at Woodcroft (NSW) and still enjoys serving his patients with their health needs. Mario is a proprietor of four pharmacies, two of which (Glenhaven and Mona Vale) are in partnership. He enjoys mentoring pharmacists and pharmacy students and working with his pharmacy colleagues to continue the transformation of community pharmacy as an ever increasing, integral part of the Australian primary health care system. Mario is dedicated to pharmacy excellence and committed to advancing the profession in Australia.
