He helps people deliver results under pressure without burnout, while optimising wellbeing, decision-making and recovery. Kim’s pharmacy career spans ownership, wholesaling, national policy, high‑stakes negotiation and strategic planning, including direct engagement with Federal Ministers and international stakeholders. Certified to International Coaching Federation standards, he was selected to train with Hintsa Performance and is accredited in methods used with Fortune 500 companies and multiple Formula 1 Champions. Outside work, Kim is a professional rally navigator.
