Jeyda holds a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Pharmacy and an Executive MBA. Having worked as both a pharmacist and pharmacy owner, she has a deep understanding of the realities and challenges facing the profession. Her expertise extends across locum staffing, permanent recruitment and workforce solutions, supporting pharmacies in sourcing talent across all role types. Passionate about innovation and the future of the pharmacy workforce, Jeyda led the strategy and development of the LocumCo app, a dynamic matching platform designed to connect pharmacies with high-quality, compliant and appropriately credentialed locum pharmacists. She has also championed opportunities for pharmacy students to access meaningful paid work experience, helping to build workforce capability while meeting the evolving needs of the profession.
