Beginning her career as a pharmacy assistant, she completed her pharmacy degree and rapidly progressed into a range of leadership and management roles spanning both pharmacy operations and industry.

In her current role as National Business Manager at Arrotex Pharmaceuticals, Jana combines her passion for sales, business growth, and customer partnerships to help pharmacies maximise profitability and deliver improved patient outcomes. She has extensive experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives across key areas, including dispensary optimisation, professional services, and patient support programs.
