Hayley Tamborini BPharm GAICD is a recognised leader in the Australian pharmaceuticals industry, with extensive expertise spanning pharmacy, marketing, business development, sales, and executive leadership. A University of Sydney BPharm graduate, she began her career as a pharmacist and buyer, building a strong foundation in patient care, customer service, and commercial performance.

Over more than two decades with Apotex and Arrotex, Hayley progressed through senior brand, product, and marketing leadership roles to become Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Innovation at Arrotex. She played a key role in the integration of Apotex and Arrow and has helped drive Arrotex’s evolution into Australia’s largest and most diverse pharmaceutical company. A GAICD and GBMA Board Director, Hayley is a passionate advocate for industry collaboration and sustainable access to affordable medicines for Australians.
