Chloe Backers is the Assistant State Operations Manager for New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory at TerryWhite Chemmart. She began her career in community pharmacy after completing a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) at the University of Newcastle, progressing to a managing pharmacist role within the network. During this time, she also completed Medisca Advanced Training in Complex Compounding. Chloe joined the TerryWhite Chemmart support office in 2023 as a Business Development Manager, supporting pharmacy performance and network growth. In her current role, she provides operational leadership across the network, partnering with Network Partners and pharmacy teams to enhance service delivery, build capability, and drive sustainable performance outcomes. Her approach is grounded in practical experience and strong relationships with frontline teams, supporting high quality patient care and high performing pharmacy teams.
