Associate Professor Vivienne Mak is Head of Education & Training at the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) and has over 18 years’ experience across healthcare, higher education and EdTech in Australia and the Asia-Pacific. A pharmacist, educator and healthcare leader, her expertise spans education strategy, curriculum innovation, simulation-based learning, clinical education and healthcare workforce development. She has designed and led large-scale education and curriculum initiatives across multidisciplinary health programs, including global initiatives adopted by hundreds of institutions worldwide. Her work brings together academia, industry and clinical practice to develop future-focused education that responds to evolving healthcare and workforce needs. She is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE (UK) and her contributions to healthcare education and innovation have been recognised through awards including the AACP Innovation in Teaching Award, 2010 PSA Young Pharmacist of the Year and Reimagine Education Awards.
